*we can only do this when humanely possible and if your pet is tolerant of de-matting.
pet must remain on 3-6 week grooming schedule after initial de-matting.
This fee is also included when clipping down matted/tangled coats.
Special handling fees

*if your pet is difficult to groom or needs special handling/requires two people for services this fee applies.
note: for the safety of our staff and other clients, we cannot accept aggressive pets and recommend sedation grooming with your vet.
